Walking In The Newness of Life (Singlz’ Summit 2025 Day 1, Evening Session)

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” (Romans 6:4). Jesus was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father. This means that there is no newness without glory. The New Birth is the first baptism, which is the baptism of our spirit into the Holy Ghost.

Once a man is born again, he has become enlisted to walk in the newness of life. This walk is to be done by the soul. There is a baptism our soul ought to partake of. The baptism that took place in our spirit at the New Birth should also take place in our soul and body.

The baptism that our spirit undergoes after being born again is a demonstration of the baptism our entire being (soul and body) should go through. The transformation and change of our soul and body cannot be over emphasised in our spiritual journey.

The essence of the New Testament is to make all things new. All things in us do not become new at the New Birth. In the sight of God, all things have become new, but in us, all things have not become new. However, God has made a provision for all things in man to become new.

“And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” (Revelation 21:5). The program of the New Testament is finished when all things have been made new – this is the essence of the New Testament. It is man that God intends to make new; it is man that will receive “all things”.

It will take “all things” to make a man new. “All things” is the program of the New Testament. We need to keep changing until all things in us have been made new. At this point, all the programs of the New Testament would have been accomplished in us.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17). There is the newness of Christ, but there is another newness in Romans 6:4. This newness is not possible without partaking of the resurrection, as Christ did. A man who is totally new is one who sin does not have power over. As such, we need to walk in the spirit.

To walk in the spirit is the journey of the soul. The Lord makes provisions for new things that are in Christ for us to walk with (2 Corinthians 5:17). After walking with the new things in Christ, we will get to a point where we would need to be renewed again after the order of the everlasting (Isaiah 40:31). This is the renewal of the Christ man.

“And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him…” (Colossians 3:10). The new man in this scripture is Christ, but Christ is also meant to experience a renewal. This renewal is found in the womb of the morning (Psalm 110:3). When the new man (Christ) has been raised, he is brought into the womb of the morning, which is also the glory of the Father (Romans 6:4).

Ehiel means the bringer of the dawn or the morning. Ehiel is the womb of our Lord Jesus. All the names of the angels are borne by our Lord Jesus in the real essence. Angels have things that make them new. God’s intention is for our soul to access the womb of the morning. The womb of the morning is a realm of glory.

Adam never grew old before the fall; man’s years began to count down after the fall. Prior to the fall, there was no record of man’s age (Genesis 5). Time does not exist in the womb of the morning.

“Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.” (Psalm 110:3). Dew is the first thing that comes in the morning. One who has the dew of his youth would neither age nor wither. Adam lost this dew (day) and came into another dew (day).

There is no numbering of days for one who is in the womb of the morning. It was after man came out of his day that his age began to be numbered. As his age was being counted down, man began to wither and lose strength in his soul.

Without the fall, man would have remained the way he was created – without withering or losing strength in his soul; he would not have gotten grey and old. “And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.” (Genesis 1:5). Morning and evening were the same thing because there was a realm of glory; they both had dew. The Lord wants to restore this day in our times. The soul is getting older, hence, it has to come into the newness that the throne is giving.

Man is waxing old and wearing out as a result of sin. What is taking place in the body has already taken place in the soul.

“For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.” (2 Corinthians 4:16). Our soul has to be renewed day by day. The essence of this renewal is to return us to “the day”. We should not stop in the day of Christ, which is newness of Christ, for we must go onward to the day of the Father, that is, the womb of the morning where we will be sealed totally.

It is from the womb of the morning that one would get to the throne (Revelation 12:5). This was the experience of the man-child as he was caught up to the throne of God. As we are being renewed day by day, we are going back to the womb. God would not enthrone the old man; one who is qualified to sit on the throne is not just a new man but one who has come into the newness of the Father.

“And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him…” (Colossians 3:10). Christ is renewed after the image of God in knowledge. The new man was created so it can be renewed after the knowledge of Him that created him, in righteousness and true holiness. In these last days, we will see the old man raised in men after the everlasting order – these men are sons of wrath (Ephesians 2:3). As such, if we do not grow beyond Christ, we would not be able to overcome these sons of wrath.

Satan wars against everyone that has been graced with the wisdom of utterance. One of the things the Lord showed me is that many will be heavily anointed with such wisdom and utterances that the enemy can not gainsay or resist. We cannot receive things of glory and of the morning and still think like the old man, for such things will completely change our thoughts. God will raise many men and cause the spirit of boldness that rested on Charlie Kirk to rest on many. In this meeting, we will be baptised with things that make new.

“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. [19] Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:18-19). We had misinterpreted this scripture to mean a change in our natural. However, the newness here refers to the program of the New Testament.

There are former things, old things and new things. Former things are things that were of Adam; they are not old things. Former things were the previous state of man, but sin came into the former and made it old. The old man will grow through the process of salvation and come out new. The new flourishes in an environment that does not look comely. The angel that went with the Israelites in the wilderness did not realise how long they spent there because he is new. While men are waxing old and falling, the soul can hold virtues and covenants to become new.

Sin makes a man old; it is not fashionable. Sin makes the soul and the body old; it wears the soul out. Many couples cannot endure marriage because they have lost strength in their soul.

“Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds…” (Colossians 3:9). The old man has his deeds; he was walking in the oldness of life. However, God wants to give us things that will make us walk in the newness of life. The new man also has his ways. To walk in newness is to obey commandments till you make covenant. As we obey, we retrieve what the enemy stole from us.

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10). This is the process of making a man old, but man will be restored back seven-fold. This meeting is a set time to stop what is making us old. As such, our strength will be renewed in this meeting.

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31). The eagle here is Christ; the eagle is a bird of the heights. The eagle hibernates and pulls out its feathers one after the other. This signifies the putting off of the old man. The eagle also has a way of making the scales in his eyes fall off and then waits till new feathers are formed. When the scales fall off, its eyes become sharper. The new feathers make for its strength and give it capacity for new heights. This depicts Christ that has been renewed again and will attain the newness of the height of the throne.
